We collect this information when you place your order to purchase 20 SECONDS related products (e.g. a magazine, T-Shirt) at our online store on Squarespace.

General information is automatically collected upon any access to our Internet offerings, (e.g. the number of users accessing a certain website and the duration of the respective visits; referring websites; entry and exit pages, operating systems and browser software used). Such data is not personal data and is therefore processed in an anonymized format. We merely use such information for statistical purposes and for optimizing our Internet offerings.

a) Products and Services from 20 SECONDS

From time to time, we may provide customers with information and offers about products offered by 20 SECONDS, including new issues and merchandising products such as T-Shirts. Squarespace is web-based software that hosts the online store of 20 SECONDS magazine. Squarespace receives your data when you fill in your name, phone number, email address, credit card or bank account information for payments.

Subsail is a web-based software that helps us fulfill magazine subscriptions on 20secondsmag.com. Subsail receives your data when you fill in your name, phone number, email address, credit card or bank account information for subscriptions.

We use Stripe as a payment method of our shop at Squarespace. Stripe Payments Europe, LTD., is an Irish-American financial services and software company operating a worldwide online payments system that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods.

Heftwerk is a Berlin-based network of services that helps us distribute 20 SECONDS magazine and deliver our products to our customers. 20 SECONDS provides Heftwerk with your name and delivery address and they send your order to the address you fill in at our online store at Squarespace

If you send us email, you should be aware that information disclosed in email may not be secure or encrypted and thus may be available to others. We suggest that you exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal or confidential information via email. We will use your email address to respond directly to your questions or comments.

d) Web Analytics with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google").
